Here's a story from the New York Times, from way back; 1979 to be exact. It tells how the Spanish caretaker, Victor, held his daughter's Sweet sixteen at VCJC. It was a diverse crowd of Jewish and Spanish.
Three Israeli boys were killed by terrorists in June of 2014 and then vigilantes killed a Palestinian boy. We felt it was only right to send condolence cards to all four families. The story was covered by News 12 and The Bronx Free Press.
