VCJC offers functional and budget-friendly office spaces to suit your business needs. Our offices come equipped, and furniture can be rearranged between Offices 1-3 to fit your preferences.

1. 9′ by 11′ Office: This office features a desk with a return and filing cabinets – everything you need to get your work done efficiently.

2. 9′ by 10′ Office: With two desks, a chair, and a file cabinet, this office provides a collaborative environment for your team at a reasonable cost.

3. 6′ by 7′ Office: Equipped with a desk, chair, and file cabinet – offering an affordable space for individual work.

4. A fully furnished 9′ by 10′ office on the ground floor provides a comfortable and professional environment for your business needs at an affordable rate

Event Spaces:

Planning an event? VCJC provides versatile, budget-friendly spaces ideal for any occasion.

Consider the following options:

1. Ballroom: A spacious ballroom measuring 55’x48′ that can host up to 295 people. Whether it’s an evening, a day, or an extended period, this venue provides an affordable space for your special event.

2. Conference/Meeting Room: Perfect for smaller gatherings, the 48’x24′ Conference/Meeting Room offers a comfortable and budget-friendly environment. It can be rented with fully open space or with furniture in place. Rent it for an evening, a day, or even on a month-to-month basis.

3. Boyarsky Hall: With an open layout, the 20’x33′ Boyarsky Hall is a cost-effective option for workshops, seminars, and more. Rent it for an evening, a day, or multiple days.

Please note that some spaces are not currently air conditioned.  However, all spaces are ADA accessible via our Stevenson Place entrance, with additional access from Sedgwick Ave
