On Sunday, January 19th 2020 Sisterhood will be hosting a Family History Project and Breakfast.
At this event we will be sharing stories about our grandparents, parents or other relatives who either immigrated to the USA or had an interesting experience to relate.
If you have pictures or documents that would enhance your story please bring them with you.
Breakfast will be served at 11:00 AM in the Game Room. We will be serving Bagels, cream cheese & lox along with coffee and dessert. The price for the breakfast is $10.00.
All cultures are welcome so please invite your friends, men & women alike.
If you would like to attend either call the Synagogue at 718-884-6105 to make a reservation or stop in and pick up a flyer.
A make-up date if needed will be Sunday, January 26th.

Please join our Sisterhood! Family is important to us, so please consider becoming a sister. Members are not required to attend meetings or functions … but we would love to add your physical presence to your monetary support. You can now join or renew your membership online! The Sisterhood is pleased to announce that Ruth Herzl is a new member.
Based on the sale of jewelry at our recent event, we were eligible for a bracelet valued at $90. It will be offered for sale in an upcoming auction and the proceeds will be donated to the shul. I want to thank the Sisters who attended the sale and purchased jewelry! We need everyone’s support if we are to be successful at helping our synagogue to survive.
